Hotel Manager (Expatriate) | AYANA Hospitality

AYANA Hospitality is seeking an experienced and visionary Hotel Manager to lead our hotel operations to excellence. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving profitability in the hotel unit. You will provide strategic leadership, nurture a positive work culture, and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a hotel unit to ensure quality service and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial targets and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop hotel staff to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, employees, suppliers, and local community partners.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to inform policy making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably within luxury or upscale properties.
• Proven leadership ability with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
