We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Hostess Rock Bar to work with our Food & Beverage team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations
- Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name
- Greet customers upon their departure
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
- Eloquent in English communication.
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
- Availability to work in shifts as needed
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
- Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
