Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage guest seating and ensure that they are comfortable at their tables.
• Handle reservations efficiently and maintain an organized booking system.
• Assist with answering customer inquiries and providing relevant information.
• Collaborate with the service staff to ensure seamless service.
• Promote and upsell menu items and special offers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and dining area.
• Address any guest concerns or feedback in a professional manner.

• Having good food and beverage product knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year experiences within the food and beverage industry.
• Good communication skill; ability to convey message / information to people at all levels both verbally and in writing
• English proficiency - excellent command of spoken and written will be advantage
• Computer literate
• Having good inter-personal skill with people at all levels within the company.
• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field is desirable.
