Job Responsibilities
• Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms, promoting an exciting range of toy sets from a prestigious, worldwide toy brand.
• Highlight featured toy sets and new releases during live sessions to drive sales and engage with the audience.
• Create interactive, fun, and informative content to engage audiences, drive sales, and bring the joy of toys into every household.
• Stay current with the latest trends in live streaming, toy marketing, and e-commerce, keeping sessions fresh and relevant.
• Analyze data from live sessions to continuously improve performance and enhance viewer engagement.
• Work with the commercial and merchandising teams to align live streaming activities with broader brand strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during live sessions, answering queries and sharing insights on each product.
• Manage and track inventory to ensure a smooth operation, maximizing sales directly from live sessions.
