Job Description
- Provide relevant input, analysis, and solution-based on data to the stakeholders
- End-to-end execution of special initiatives including project design, monitoring, analysis and reporting
- Develop models and tools to optimize performance and solve problems faced by the Homebase Project
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other cluster personnel in executing acquisition & incubation
Requirements
- Ideally 2-4 years of working experience preferably in business development or project management
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
- Driven and motivated
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Ability to effectively converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to facilitate cross function collaborations across stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Have a passion for the e-commerce industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
