Job Description
Provide relevant input, analysis, and solution-based on data to the stakeholders
End-to-end execution of special initiatives including project design, monitoring, analysis and reporting
Develop models and tools to optimize performance and solve problems faced by the Homebase Project
Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other cluster personnel in executing acquisition & incubation
Requirements
Ideally 3-5 years of working experience preferably in Acquisition / Incubation Project Management
Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
Driven and motivated
Previous management and leadership experience
Ability to effectively converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to facilitate cross function collaborations across stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Have a passion for the e-commerce industry
