We’re looking for a Head, Performance & Rewards to join our People team. This role will oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits within Glints, and will ensure that our C&B strategy and practices are fair, accurate and competitive. This is a key contributor who will significantly impact our ability to attract and retain talent, and improve the overall productivity and performance of the organisation for continued business growth and sustainability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Understand business goals and drive the formulation of company C&B strategies that are aligned with business strategy
- Determine C&B policies, and design and review company C&B structures (i.e. base salary, incentive and benefit programs, etc) to ensure competitive positioning in the market and the appropriateness of overall C&B practices
- Support and facilitate annual salary planning processes, market and salary adjustments, and promotions to foster a performance-driven environment
- Review, revise and manage Group ESOP programmes, ensuring that the programme is managed efficiently
- Review, improve and manage the overall job grading system and governance processes to maintain consistency and internal parity within Glints
- Oversee all mobility policies and processes relating to hires and internal transfers across the region
- Be a partner to key stakeholders; provide up-to-date and comprehensive C&B advice to leadership, People team and other members of the organisation to execute and deliver appropriate solutions
- As a key member of the People Strategy team at Glints, you will anchor the C&B portfolio, but also have the opportunity to take on other People Strategy projects or support/drive other People Centres of Excellence as needed

Who We Are Looking For
- A proven track record of designing and implementing successful and competitive C&B programmes in a fast growing environment, with a good mix of hands-on and strategic planning experience
- Good experience in driving C&B initiatives across different cultures and geographies (APAC or SEA locations highly preferred)
- Strategic problem solver who is able to independently formulate and execute on strategy to achieve goals
- Highly numerate and analytical, with strong attention to detail
- Process-oriented, able to think from a systems perspective and to implement effective processes that meet business needs
- Fluent and effective communicator, with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Adaptable self-starter who learns and moves quickly with the ability to effectively prioritise and handle tight deadlines
