What will you do in the role?

  • Handling a team of 200+ telesales executives, 4-6 telesales managers, and 15-20 telesales supervisors.
  • Meeting with sales managers to discuss telesales strategies.
  • Training junior telesales agents, supervisors, and managers.
  • Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
  • Implementing telesales strategies.
  • Managing the telesales team.
  • Monitoring the performance of the telesales team.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly telesales targets.
  • Compiling and presenting sales reports.
  • Improving the metrics like dialed to scheduled, scheduled to met.

About you

  • Previous experience working as a telesales agent, supervisor, manager, and head of a telesales team.
  • Strong managerial and sales skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to write and present reports.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Goal and results-driven individual.
  • Knowledge of CRM utilization.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
  • Fluent in English

  • You have experience working for a startup who have scaled 0 to1
  • You have B2C selling experience
  • Ability to write and present reports.
