Head Of Supply Chain

Lead the Group’s integrated supply chain functions, covering planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution across business entities to ensure timely, quality, and cost-efficient material and product availability. Report directly to the Group CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or process manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple supply chain functions.
• Strong expertise in integrated supply chain management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and contract management.
• Ability to develop supply chain strategies and policies across business entities, optimize costs and inventory, and manage supplier performance and supply continuity risks.
• Ability to lead supply chain transformation, process improvement, and ERP integration initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong leadership, team development, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
