The Head of Sales will focus on offering final mile delivery solutions in the express domestic parcel segment to SMEs and Corporate. The department is responsible for the revenue development and profitability of this segment in the local market. This role also focuses primarily on designing and executing a local sales plan, revenue development and aggressive market share expansion through sales performance management.
Job Descriptions
- Defines and communicates the KPIs and Targets to the Sales team on a regular basis, and analyses of patterns in customer and market behavior
- Responsible of sales targets/objectives that are measurable and achievable annually/monthly
- Design and develop the strategy plan and drive implementation in terms of sales performance, revenue, profitability and development of sales team
- Provides data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize commercial performance and improve market share.
- Lead a team of both direct and indirect reports that is focused on developing and maintaining a business capable of achieving operational, financial, and service expectations
Requirements
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 10 years above of extensive sales experience in a leadership role
- Experience in logistics, 3PL, e-commerce platforms or aggregators
- Must have prior experience in leading a nationwide sales team and understand the social commerce or experience with SME’s segments
- Strong existing working relationships with clients
- Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
- A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
