About Fazz
Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.

The position will own the P&L and oversee the overall operations of the payment API business, one of the major product offerings within the overall business unit
What you'll be doing
- Focus on measured growth of the business' P&L
- Lead commercial decision-making with market insights and deep understanding of customer needs and product capabilities
- Research and study regulatory policies in support of existing and new business models and go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate and prioritize initiatives across functional teams to support business objectives Hire, lead, and manage teams in business development, sales, operations, marketing and collaborate with product development
- Support and nurture a high performing team and create a work environment that is flexible, diverse and inclusive
What we're looking for
- Passionate about working in a startup culture, with a strong ownership mentality and high resilience
- Extensive experience in financial services, specifically payments, in the Indonesia market Experience in a full P&L role with a proven track-record growing business revenue in a complex and competitive market
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to coordinate with different parties and drive project implementation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior staff while developing those at a more junior level
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
