Head of Quality Assurance

The Head of QA should be able to create and implement a QA strategy that drives the quality of the Moladin Platform to a world class level across Quality Assurance Engineers and Software Development Engineers in Tests across multiple business domains.

• QE/QA strategy and team-building across multiple business domains.
• Release Management process, including the CI/CD pipeline.
• Interface with internal and external auditors for evidence of test compliance.
• Driving innovation and automation into all facets of the organization.
• Manage to prevent performance issues at scale.

• Proven experience managing an enterprise quality engineering and release management functions.
• Experience driving automation into testing processes, using modern CI/CD and continuous deployment test approaches.
• Experiencing managing multiple teams.
