The Head of QA should be able to create and implement a QA strategy that drives the quality of the Moladin Platform to a world class level across Quality Assurance Engineers and Software Development Engineers in Tests across multiple business domains.
Responsibilities of Head of Quality Assurance:
- QE/QA strategy and team-building across multiple business domains.
- Release Management process, including the CI/CD pipeline.
- Interface with internal and external auditors for evidence of test compliance.
- Driving innovation and automation into all facets of the organization.
- Manage to prevent performance issues at scale.
- Proven experience managing an enterprise quality engineering and release management functions.
- Experience driving automation into testing processes, using modern CI/CD and continuous deployment test approaches.
- Experiencing managing multiple teams.
