Your main duties in flying with us:
- Integrate and manage multiple payment integrations with partners including Payment gateways, bank, e-wallets, BNPL providers etc.
- Create and manage payment and refund workflows for external customers, customer support and finance teams
- Create and manage insurance sales and claim workflows for external customers, partners, customer support and finance teams
- Drive analytics based decisions to improve the payment success rates
- Proficient with A/B testing methodology to drive improvements in payment workflows
- Integrate and manage ancillary payment modes such as loyalty points, promotions and discounts in payment workflows
- Manage a team of highly driven product managers to delivery highly complex products spanning multiple verticals
- Drive product roadmap and development in such a manner that is scalable, generic and modular to accommodate future requirements with least customization
- Continuous learning attitude to keep informed and experiment with upcoming payment methods which can drive efficiency for the company as well as provide better customer experience.
- Integrate and manage payment systems to be able to handle settlement in multiple currencies.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Passion for a product management role with at +6 years of experience in Product Management and has leadership experience
- A “can do” spirit combined with high energies, drive, and a positive attitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Ability to drive people
- Self-starter who doesn't hesitate to proactively approach in order to learn fast
- Skilled at working with cross-functional groups to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy who loves to stay on top of industry trends
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science, Engineering, or related field is a must
- Experience in tech start-ups, large tech companies and/or top consulting firms is an asset
- Experience in the OTA or travel-related industry is an asset
