Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The role
You will be driving LB’s product strategy: Defining, delivering and enhancing world class user intuitive products and experience for both our external and internal communities. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will bridge the gap between business and tech by communicating effectively with all teams and managing cross functional projects and processes efficiently. You will play a pivotal role through this exhilarating evolutionary phase of Love, Bonito.

Main responsibilities
- Lead and drive our product vision and strategy in line with LB’s group vision, aspirations and needs
- Develop and enhance our customer facing product (pre and post purchase) and internal operations excellence product, in line with key business objectives and customer needs
- Recruit, lead and mentor a team of product managers and UIUX designers into a high performing, engaged and customer-centric team
- Drive the ideation, scoping, technical development, and launch of new features and systems improvements in an objective and data-driven approach
- Drive a high performance, test and learn, iterative culture across the Product organization
- Manage and optimize our product and technology budgets
- Work in close partnership with our Head of Engineering to continuously improved our technology team’s culture, rituals and processes
- Influence and drive a customer-centric, experimental, test and learn, innovative culture across LB
- 8+ years of experience working as a product manager
- Experience managing small high performing teams
- Prior experience in a high growth, fast-paced e-commerce or B2C type company
- Experience in an agile work environment
- Experience working on mobile apps
