Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
How did we manage to do that?

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

About the position:
Expected to plug & play understand market, customer behavior, manage customer platform, security, & banking system works + closely collaborate with C-Level while handling internal squad & external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure team align toward company purpose, short-medium-long term goals
- Lead, Define, Represent, Communicate Digital Banking Product Vision, Strategy, OKR, Guardrail for all stakeholders
- Own key strategic initiatives from product line discovery, delivery, experiment and effectively communicate progress & outcomes with to top-level stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and user stories based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business priorities.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the digital banking app through A/B testing, data analysis, and iteration.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and drive improvements.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to digital banking and financial services.
Requirements:
- Experienced collaborate directly with C-Level
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in product management, with at least 5 years of experience in digital products or financial services, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital banking, fintech trends, and emerging technologies, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in an agile development environment, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and delivery excellence.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions to prioritize product initiatives and drive business results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and influence decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, who can balance long-term vision with short-term execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus point if:
- MBA GraduatedKnows POJK, BI, and other regulation related fintech & banking
- Have experienced in experimental product management (A/B & Multivariate Testing)
- Knows Indonesian Banking & Fintech Market
- Involved in product discovery & has collaborate with UXR
