Head of Product

We’re looking for Head of Product (preferably min. 5 years exp in product management) who is responsible for defining and prioritizing the program backlog — the single backlog that drives the program’s value delivery.

Head of Product is also product owner for the eCommerce site, the product owner has full product responsibility, which includes securing funding, managing to ROI objectives, release planning and more.

Responsibility includes, but not limited to:

- The "content authority" for the release train

- Responsible for defining and prioritizing the Program Backlog

- Oversee Product Backlogs for eCommerce site, CRM, ERP, BI/Analytics products

- Work with Product Owners to optimize feature delivery to the customers in balance with the enterprise’s technical and economic objectives

- Also acting as Product Owner

- Work with portfolio management to determine priority and business objectives

- Work with system architects to understand architectural epics

- Own and communicate the program vision

- Participate in regular release planning, release management, and solution validation

- Maintain the Product Roadmap

- Backlog refinement

- Defining iteration content/iteration Planning

- Just-in-time story elaboration

- Accepting stories into the baseline

- Coordinating the PSI release

- Preparation and Participation in PSI Planning

- Leading a few Product Managers and bring out their fullest potential with leadership competence
