Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate and develop the People operation of ALAMI Group who provide comprehensive operational support for the team in delivering the People team strategy and vision, enabling the organization to do its best work for Squad.
- Lead on embedding our new People System, acting as system administrator and making sure that we are making the best use of it and that colleagues are confident in using it.
- Manage aspects of the People budget, including regular re-forecasting
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the overall People Operation Strategy and deliver projects identified as key enablers to the overall.
- Build and nurture effective working relationships with key operational partners of the People team e.g. Finance, Strategy and Information teams. Work on strategic projects cross functionally in a collaborative way, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Having HR Managerial experience at least 4 years
- Having experience in handling payroll & personnel admin
- Excellent knowledge on Indonesia labor regulation
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related position and preferable 2 years in startup or technology Company
