Head of Operations Network is responsible to oversee the whole Ninja Xpress core operations and ensure quality and speed metrics are well met
Requirements
- More than 10 years experience on the same role, preferably from logistic industry
- Excellent analytical skill and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in operational management and implementation
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skill
- Proven skill in leading or managing a large scale of team/group
- Strong integrity with providing best accuracy and solution oriented on every cases
Job Description
- Reviewing ID SLA/Lead Time performance periodically, change network planning in - problematic areas
- Set up and streamline process claim breach from end to end to minimize lost for SLA Breach in Indonesia
- Plan and execute project that aims to improve operations in each region
- Plan and execute project that aims to improve operations in each region
- Helping all region to achieve first mile KPI which consist of pickup N+0 performance, sameday inbound rate, lost & damaged rate, and CPP
- Make sure all data analysis provided (e.g. Project Execution, Problem Identification and Operation Improvements) by station management FST analyst is on point to tackle operational issues that occur on every Ninja Xpress region and assist in finding solution with the purpose of achieving set targets
- Ensure that Last Mile operational activity runs according to SLA & SOP or target that has been set by the company
- Ensure robust, scalable warehouse operation, including receiving, inbound, and the sort process
- Ensure that Line Haul operational activity runs according to SLA & SOP or target that has been set by the company
