Head of Lending Product

- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for all lending products (secured & unsecured).
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and scaling.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, risk, compliance, and data teams to ensure delivery of high-impact lending features.
- Oversee product performance using key KPIs such as loan conversion rate, NPL, approval rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of Product Managers and Product Operations.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and support integration with systems such as SLIK (OJK), e-KYC, and digital signatures.
- Drive API and partner integrations for credit scoring, underwriting, and disbursement.
- Lead initiatives in automation, risk mitigation, and process improvement for operational scalability.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align product strategies with company goals.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, banking, or lending platforms.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end development of lending products (e.g., personal loans, MSME loans, secured/unsecured credit).
- Strong background in digital financial services, including P2P lending, embedded finance, or buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) products.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance, especially with OJK or other financial authorities.
