Head of Ground Ops will strategically assist the region or area to make fantastic service quality
Requirements and Competencies
- 7 - 8 years experience on the same role, preferably from logistic industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Exceptional skill in managing multiple stakeholders and regions
- Have strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Strong in leadership and managing team
- Willing to travel across region
- Has integrity, provide best accuracy, and solution oriented on every cases
Job Description
- Helping the region to achieve company targets in terms of operations
- Act as a bridge between Management and Ground Operations team to align with the business needs
- Ensure the team in Region to follow every company regulations and responsible for resolving issues that may occur with the purpose of increasing daily productivity
- Plan and execute project that aims to improve operations in each region
- Interact with commercial to onboard and maintain shipper performance
- Regular visits and weekly concall with regions could gather feedback or see real obstacle so we could tackle the issues immediately
- Set & communicate goals and task description to operational team member to ensure their activities is based on set objectives
