Head‌ ‌of‌ ‌Ground‌ ‌Ops‌ ‌will‌ ‌strategically‌ ‌assist‌ ‌the‌ ‌region‌ ‌or‌ ‌area‌ ‌to‌ ‌make‌ ‌fantastic‌ ‌service‌ ‌quality‌

Requirements and Competencies

• 7 - 8 years experience on the same role, preferably from logistic industry
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Exceptional skill in managing multiple stakeholders and regions
• Have strong communication & interpersonal skill
• Strong in leadership and managing team
• Willing to travel across region
• Has integrity, provide best accuracy, and solution oriented on every cases

Job Description

• Helping the region to achieve company targets in terms of operations
• Act as a bridge between Management and Ground Operations team to align with the business needs
• Ensure the team in Region to follow every company regulations and responsible for resolving issues that may occur with the purpose of increasing daily productivity
• Plan and execute project that aims to improve operations in each region
• Interact with commercial to onboard and maintain shipper performance
• Regular visits and weekly concall with regions could gather feedback or see real obstacle so we could tackle the issues immediately
• Set & communicate goals and task description to operational team member to ensure their activities is based on set objectives
