Head of Government Relation

Responsibilities:

• Build and establish relationships with policy makers, government officers, regulators, academics, private sector or non-government organizations on developing both short-term and long-term relationships with all of those key stakeholders in national, regional, or international scope.
• Actively identify on-going and recent policies in Indonesia, engage with the key stakeholders on the issue's importance, and identify and inform the impact to the business to Ruangguru’s higher management.
• Strategic collaborations with cross functional departments to strategize, monitor and analyze data, public policies, and issues.
• Responsible for the operation and monitoring of all impact programs, ensure the activities are well executed and achieve the optimum result.
• Monitor, motivate, and influence your team's performance to ensure the OKR are achieved.
• Being responsible for the personal development of your team. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master degree from a reputable university. Background in public policies will be preferred.
• At least 10+ years of working experiences in public policy and government relation with exposure to social program/impact/CSR.
• Strong established relationship with the government, institutions, and NGO is a must.
• Structural thinking & good analytical thinking.
• Strong leadership, ability to influence the team.
• Deep understanding regarding recent public policies and issues in Indonesia.
• Natural born networker, effective and active communication to the local government.
• Strong project management skill.
