About the Team
Digital Lending team responsible for building digital loan product that embedded in other ecosystem (partners and internal ecosystem) example: existing telkomsel smartpay in MyTelkomsel app. Candidate also expected to expand and grow the digital lending business to achieve target numbers: adoption rate (# users), disbursement amount, and repayment quality. The team is combination of product building and business development with high-data driven decision making.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and build new consumer lending products, from market research and problem discovery to launch
- Grow and expand digital lending business by new partners acquisition and improve customer adoption for existing product
- Lead cross-functional projects end to end: define scope, set timelines, remove blockers, and make sure delivery is on time
- Use data (SQL, python) to find insights, run experiments, and support product and credit decisions
- Find and carry out process improvements that increase efficiency, customer experience, and portfolio quality
- Keep management and stakeholders updated on product performance, risks, and progress
- Work with external and internal teams to deliver products that are compliant and able to scale
Requirements
- Experience in building and grow new business line
- Experience and has passion in digital product development & innovation
- Preferable has capability in data analytic (SQL, phyton) and utilize AI to help day-to-day operation
- Experience in startup industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
