We’re looking for a Head of Customer Success to join our Sales team in Indonesia, to build repeatable, scalable and predictable outbound BD-Enterprise engines.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build (hire, groom and retain) world-class A player most customer-obsessed client success team which have the best interest for Customers
  • Building strong Client success core fundamentals direction, including setting right system and processes to scale the team and whole clients at Glints
  • Build strong and happy customer base at scale
  • Collaborate with multiples stakeholders; BD team, Recruitment team, Product marketing team, etc. to ensure we the highest customer satisfaction are achieved
  • Manage and lead the client success team to drive and meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets
  • Improving Team Productivity & Conversion rate of each sales stage

Who We Are Looking For

  • Min. 10 years of working experience in Customer Success function.
  • Strong preference to those with client success/account renewal related experiences/farming experiences at scale. Acquisition experience (hunting) works too.
  • Proven experience in building, training and leading a sales team to successfully achieve top-line targets.
  • Strong systematic thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of career excellence.
  • High attention to detail, with a process-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
  • A strong command of English.
