Requirement

Min. Bachelor Degree majoring Computer Science, IT, Statistics. or Engineering
Having Min. 5 years experience in Analytics, data engineering, business intelligence or related fields.
Proficient with SQL (Postgres, MySQL, Redshift, Snowflake), Python
Experience using, writing and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment.
Experience in business intelligence software (Tableau, Looker, Qlikview, MicroStrategy, Metabase, Redash, DataStudio) and ETL software.
Knowledge of data warehouse technical architecture, infrastructure components, ETL and reporting/analytic tools and environments.
Ability to execute fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on a tight schedule.
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking paired with Intellectual curiosity and aptitude in picking up new technical skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills necessary to build effective working relationships and positively influence decision making.

Job Description

Performing raw data withdrawal or data that has been processed from the database needed for internal and external team analysis through BI tools or queries, such as Redash or Periscope
Making an analysis or report based on data that has been processed for the purposes of improvement in the form of presentations or e-mail
Designing automation / reporting tools outside of BI tools needed for integration with other projects, such as: email automation using google script
Partner with Ops and Commercial (any business stakeholders) to help them create decision-based on data and performance dashboard, i.e. OKR metrics
Collaborate with Senior Management to understand business intelligence needs, translating strategic business questions into resource/data requirements
Doing coordination or escalation with the BI Regional team regarding issues in the database, database updating, database changes, and future improvement of the database structure
Initiating coordination and providing advice to the internal team (BI Analyst / Senior Analyst) or stakeholders to ensure the work / project runs in accordance with the agreed targets / timeline
Build a repository of analytical techniques, best practices and case studies for analyzing business problems
