Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company that provides a one-stop learning experience for students to have better access to quality content and service. Ruangguru has allowed students to access better quality educational content in the form of learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes. Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build & design marketing framework & strategic planning of whole Ruangguru's business to increase market share, brand awareness, customer loyalty & number of user.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor movements to create a more segmented & targeted marketing strategies.
  • Responsible in managing marketing budget planning & spending.
  • Plan, lead & execute short-term and long-term marketing campaigns & initiative (ATL, BTL) through all channel.
  • Collaborate with the other departments (creative, digital, consumer insight, etc) for brand building or any marketing initiative.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing operations & executions to be aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the whole creative team to plan & executed all marketing activities.
  • Monitor, motivate & influence your team's performance to ensure the OKR are achieved.
  • Being responsible in personal development of your team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university. Background in marketing or business will be prioritize.
  • At least 9 years of working experiences in marketing sector, specialized in brand management & marketing strategy.
  • Proven records in working for consumer products. Combined experiences between FCMG and start-up business will be ideal.
  • Strong marketing frameworks.
  • Good communication and outspoken in delivering ideas.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Strong business acumen, able to align marketing insight with business objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to change and flexibility, with a strong penchant for prioritizing timeliness and efficiency.
