We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agribusiness Operation Support to join our team. The Agribusiness Operation Support will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our agribusiness activities. This position will work closely with the operations team and provide support in various operational aspects related to agribusiness.

What will you do but not limited to:

• Monitor harvest activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide guidance and support to harvest teams, addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the process.
• Communicate effectively with farm management to report progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to the plan.
• Maintain accurate records of harvest activities, including yields, quality assessments, and any incidents or observations.

• Knowledge of harvest techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed during the harvest season.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in agriculture or related fields is a plus.
