Guest Relations Officer (Expat) - Rock Bar/AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Guest Relations Officer (Expat) to work with our Food and Beverage team for Rock Bar at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
• Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Responsible for guest reservation satisfaction.
• Upselling our wine and spirit collections.
• Attend regular meetings and briefings to keep informed of policies and procedures, special events, further improvement plans and guest comments.
• Be familiar with food menus and spirits, wines menu offered.
• Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by the venue’s standards.
• Address customer complaints and report to General Manager Rock Bar

• Expat living in Bali for minimum 2 years
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Diploma in F&B, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable.
