Guest Relations Manager - Japanese Expatriate - DELONIX Karawang

Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and maintain a good relationship to guests within the Hotel, Apartment and Tenant. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.

• Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
• More preferable for Japanese Expatriate
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from a reputable school/university
• 1 or 2 years experience in similar position
• Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
• Strong market sense and results orientation
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
