Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and maintain a good relationship to guests within the Hotel, Apartment and Tenant. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.
-Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from a reputable school/university.
- 1 or 2 years experience in similar position
-Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
-Willingness to demonstrate initiative and perform shift duties.
-Strong market sense and results orientation.
-Excellent communication in Bahasa, english and Japanese language is a poin plus.
-Interpersonal and analytical skills.
