Essential job functions:
GRC’s responsible to maintain guest’s profiles with their preference, and ensuring all departments are aware of VIP’s inquiries prior to arrival this includes communicating guest’s preferences and allergic to related departments for the service and amenities following guest’s preferences, VIP status, relationship, previous stay information, and previous guest accidents.
Has 1-year experience in the same position or Guest Relations background, Computer LiterateAbility to work well under pressure and constant change, making quick, attention to detail-and appropriate decisionsAbility to work successfully and productively with minimal supervisionAbility to present information in front of the groups (Guidance Team, Departmental line-up, orientations) of professionally, concisely, and with enthusiasm. Ability to interact and engage with all guestsDiploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable.
