AYANA Hospitality is looking to hire a Guest Recognition Manager for their AYANA property located in Bali. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay. As a Guest Recognition Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Liaise with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met
- Maintain records of guest preferences and requirements
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with guests throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with special requests and arrangements for guests
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or other relevant fields
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English and an additional language is desirable
