Job Description:
- Identify growth opportunities, business model innovation, and capabilities to support Shopee Express’ strategic vision.
- Develop cost and financial models, as well as supporting analysis for strategic business planning and operational decision-making purposes.
- Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed.
- Work closely with variety of stakeholders to ensure strategies are implemented and well executed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities, MBA holder is a plus.
- Have at least 2-3 years working experience; Consulting or Corporate Strategy is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling, cost modeling, business modeling, and cost projection skills.
- Have a strong project management skill, especially in managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skill.
- Independent contributor with a can-do attitude.
