About the role:

As a Growth Ops Analyst on the Financial Services Platform, you will be working closely with the Marketing team, utilizing our voluminous data to improve the performance of both tactical and strategic campaigns. You will have ample opportunity to flex your analytics and project management skills, getting us even closer to the financial inclusion of all Indonesian. You will be based in the Jakarta office.

What Will You Do

Partner with the Offline Marketing, Online Marketing, and Brand Marketing team in developing an effective marketing campaign
Deliver and execute the Vouchers and Direct Cashback campaigns based on briefs from the Offline Marketing, Online Marketing, and Brand Marketing team
Voucher ops: Ensure customer/client or merchants' satisfaction in delivering the promotions
Assisting the Offline Marketing, Online Marketing, and Brand Marketing team for the data-related requirements
Collaborate with Growth Core for Offline/Online experimentations in order to see the effectiveness of treatments in increasing the metrics.

What You Will Need

BS from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering/ Science
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related rolesBasic understanding of SQL and willing to learn advanced SQL.Basic understanding of analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., Clevertap, Tableau, etc.) and willing to learn advanced marketing analytics.
Possessing team synergy skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in a cross-functional team and can also balance attention to detail with swift execution
Possessing project management skills to manage multiple projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Able to identify operation failure and deep dive on data discrepancy and possess detailed oriented mindset
Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team

Bonus Points if

Advanced SQL skill
Experienced working with marketing analytics tools before (Clevertap, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc)
Experienced designing & executing A/B test
