- Discover growth opportunities in Stockbit & Bibit for different segments of users, with a focus on engagement & retention
- Creating more tactics to increase average order frequency per customer.
- Partner closely with other functions to look at funnel drop-offs and changes, as well as competitor funnels and product improvements to build and maintain our prioritized pipeline of growth opportunities
- Conduct analyses, build models and forecasts, and to enhance growth strategy
- Translate findings to action items; present findings to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on feature prioritization and impact analysis
- Drives decisions with both quantitative customer data and qualitative customer feedback. Can articulate WHY a shift in the data might be happening.
At least 5 years of working experience in:
1. Preferred: capital market, or
2. Management consulting, Multinational tech, Internet & Software, or
3. Telecom or Retail
The person should:
1. Have strong interest in investment and capital markets. Preferred if he/she actively invests in Indonesia Stock Exchange
2. Have a problem-solving mindset, and analytical skills with economics and business knowledge
3. Have strong project management and communication skills to manage complex projects, and liaise with internal & external stakeholders
4. Have a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams
5. Be Inquisitive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and unpredictable environment
6. Have Strong sense of ownership in your work and ability to learn and adapt
