- Assist Senior Manager in developing projection and planning, as well as in conducting regular and ad-hoc performance tracking, analysis and reporting for Accommodation Supply in assigned market.
- Monitor and align tactical and business initiatives to ensure achievement against business targets, including facilitating cross-functional team discussions consists of Market Management, Finance, Legal, Data, Pricing, Product, Revenue & Growth, and other relevant stakeholders to identify issues to course-correct.
- Develop quantitative models and projections to track and project results against targets on periodic basis (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) as well as to assess various ad-hoc business cases
- Propose ideas and initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of quantifiable Market Management team output in assigned market market as well as execute and monitor the impact of such initiatives
- Monitor and benchmark competitors' and industry movement, to be factored into the relevant business analyses
- Relevant work experience of minimum 1 year, fresh graduate with a strong logic will be also welcomed to apply
- Possessing strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Have the bandwidth to process a large amount of information
- Graduated from business or engineering majors (e.g. Finance / Management / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics) from a reputable university
- Must have advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Data analytics experience is a plus
- Good command of both English & local language (fluency in both written & spoken is a plus)
- Excellent in execution and possess growth mindset
- Discretion with handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability while also pay attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills
