About the Role
GoTo is looking for a Group Compensation Systems & Analytics Specialist to be a key strategic partner for our Group and People Business Partners. The role will focus on enabling Business outcomes by influencing decisions aligned with GoTo’s Compensation Philosophy.
What You Will Do
- Manage the Workday Advanced Compensation for our compensation review cycles including ownership of the cycle’s roadmap, postmortem review of past processes, enhancements design, build, testing, and rollout.
- Understand Workday advanced compensation module system and process dependencies/ impacts and engage with all relevant stakeholders accordingly
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity within the system
- Develop system documentation according to industry standards
- Lead system implementation or release activities, providing guidance and counsel on design solutions
- Provide appropriate communication and training to support optimal user experience of Workday Advanced Compensation in the compensation review cycles
- Design, test, and implement dashboarding and analytical assets to support our total reward strategy
- Perform the full analytics process from a C&B perspective interlay with broad talent concerns, including:
- Defining the business question
- Collecting the data
- Cleaning the data
- Analyzing the data
- Visualization and analysis storytelling/sharing
What You Will Need
- At least 5+ years of work experience in Workday Advanced Compensation and / or C&B systems and process implementation in a high-growth technology environment.
- Experience in data analysis and visualizations (creating dashboards etc)
- A strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
- Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and have truly in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
- Experience communicating effectively across teams in markets across the region
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders

Group Total Reward is a C&B Center of Expertise (CoE) that provides subject matter expertise on total reward solutions, global oversight on core C&B processes across the entire GoTo Group which at the moment spans across 5 countries with a footprint of c 10,000 headcount. This team Interfaces and works closely with the broader PAC (People and Culture) team to provide world-class HR products and solutions to enable and accelerate the globalization and growth of Gojek.
