Graphic Designer | AYANA Midplaza Jakarta

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its team at the AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. As a Graphic Designer, you will play an integral role in creating captivating visual content to promote the hotel's various offerings. Your designs will be used across a range of mediums, from digital marketing materials to print advertisements and beyond. You will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that showcase your creativity and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials
• Develop branded marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and banners
• Design graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, and websites
• Work with marketing and sales teams to produce compelling visual content to drive engagement and sales
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to create comprehensive marketing campaigns
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Maintain and develop the hotel's visual identity across all platforms and channels.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field i.e art, design, creative multimedia, etc
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
• A portfolio of work demonstrating proficiency in graphic design and branding
• Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good in English (writing & speaking)
