Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.

The Role
You will be a part of our Creative team, where you will be responsible for the process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics for our brand and marketing touchpoints such as eDM, Paid Ads, Catalogues, and Online Partner assets. Direct reporting to our Creative Lead, you will play a key role in being a brand guardian for Love, Bonito, ensuring that all touch points are protected, and the brand is presented in-line with our brand toolkit and vision.
Main Responsibilities
- To understand and execute according to the creative vision as directed by the HQ art director and internal content strategist.
- Work closely and assist the Creative Department and externally with Marketing, Business Development, and other departments to design and create various campaigns and collateral assets across online and offline channels.
- You will produce creative assets for :
- Online Own marketing channel: EDM (Electronic Direct Mail), Catalogues, Paid Ads (FBIG and Google Shopping)
- Online Partner/ Marketplace channel: Store Banner, Decoration and Template, Broadcast
- Message, In-App Feed, Social media for marketplace purposes)
- Project ad-hoc: creative direction for campaign (branding purposes)
- Liaising with external vendors to ensure completion of all creative artworks within the timeline.
- Assisting the creative team where directed.
- Maintaining a consistent style/ approach and high level of work across all creative assets.
- Dedicated to the deadline and have great time management to always be on schedule.
- Maintaining graphic archives.
- Administrative duties as required, such as Marketplace admin, and Adobe registration.
Requirements & Experiences :
- Min. 1 - 2 years of working experience in creative areas for fashion, beauty, and/or related industries.
- Proficient in graphic designing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Animation, Videography, or Motion graphic skill is a plus.
- An eye for fun, personable, and artful designs across all mediums.
- Flexible working style. Always ready to get your hands dirty.

- The ability to think & work strategically and systematically.
- Have good attention to detail and an eye for good composition and layout.
- A self-starter, proactive, and hands-on approach. Get it done right and fast!
- Strong project management and execution abilities.
- Strong layout, large-scale FA, and production design skills.
- Strong communication skills to influence internal stakeholders.
- Dedicated to deadlines and have excellent time management to always be on schedule.
- A growth mindset and desire to constantly iterate, improve, and upskill oneself.
- Strong collaborative attitude.
