We are a startup in mission to unlock human potential, empowering people to prosper doing what they love. We are now looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer who will play a key significant role in visualizing brand guidelines to communicate information.
In this role you will:
- Fully own graphic design project end-to-end process from conceptualizing visuals based on brief & requirements to delivering graphic & visual products and meeting the company standards.
- Participate in the design team meetings, conduct visual research & ideation and produce graphic & visual input to respective stakeholders.
- Have knowledge of printing production, color codes, formats, etc.
- Have knowledge of digital mediums & outputs.
- Fully collaborate with project owners/stakeholders & other streams.
- Actively involved in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Detail-oriented & stay updated on graphic design trends.
Desired Experiences:
- 2 years experience as a graphic designer.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma is a plus).
- Able to manage several projects at once.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
- Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven.
