About the Role

Create visual concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for any campaign deliverables. Team members are still at the level of gaining experience and learning on the go, however showing ability to identify and check in with the managers in the viability of approach options.

What You Will Do

Communicating with the team to understand what they want out of a project, and helping them get those ideas out in a workable way
Designing any communication materials
Revising a design or project deliverable to meet specifications
Working as part of a team to create a larger design, or to complete a small portion of a big project
Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
Design layouts, including a selection of colors, images, and typefaces

What You Will Need

Create designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to clients and consumers
Ability to understand briefs and translate them with the expected output
Ability to work equally well within a team and independently
Must be able to think of new approaches to communicating ideas to consumers. They develop unique designs that convey a recognizable meaning.
Strong visually-creative thinking and critical thinking skills
Ability to work on multiple projects that necessitate different writing styles, with strong attention to detail
Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After effect
