About the Role
In what we do, you’ll have a direct impact in improving financial inclusivity in the country, equalizing access to those who are ambitious and driven to grow their businesses, but deprived of capital to scale. The role is to lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) team of Merchant Financial Services as a Senior Manager. Your day to day would involve a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Product, Risk Analytics, and Data Science teams among others, with the aim to continuously develop the merchant lending offering to empower our merchant ecosystem to thrive. Leveraging business intelligence data, experimentation, and your creativity, you will develop a cohesive strategy and lead its implementation, thus becoming highly instrumental in helping our team closer to realize our ultimate goal: providing financial service access to all heroes of the nation’s economy.
What Will You Do
- Leading a lean impactful team to deliver results: You will lead a team made of growth, analytics, product marketing and creative to initiate and execute initiatives
- Data driven problem solving: Delving deep into the data with the purpose to really understand merchant behaviors, ultimately guiding smarter business decisions
- Entrepreneurial endeavors: Identify product or business opportunities and support growth trajectory with experimentations and recommendations
- Experiment like scientists: Making sure experiments are empirically robust, hypotheses rightly formulated, continual learnings achieved, leading to unlock new and improved understanding on what we do
- Budget gatekeeper: You will help us to spend wisely, and allocate resources to where they drive the most impact
What Will You Need
- “Can-Do” Attitude: A positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments. We move fast!
- Fast & Agile: Ability to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace
- Data-Driven Outlook: When making decisions you leverage technical resources and data to support hypotheses. You can take the basics of data and draw insights from it. Life without Excel terrifies you. SQL fluency is required; R, Python experience is a plus
- Language: Fluency in business-level English is a must
- Required Experience: You’ve got prior learnings using data to make decisions, you have led a team before, you have a proven track record of building systems and scaling them, you have managed diverse stakeholders with ease. You are an expert in Microsoft Office & Google-Suite products
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or Marketing. Other relevant backgrounds are also welcome to apply!
- At least 4 years of experience in a professional role in Financial Services, Growth/Product role within Tech, Consulting, or Investment Banking would be a plus

The GTF - Financial Services group is made of Consumer Lending and Merchant Lending. The Merchant Lending team is upheld by GTM, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Data Science along with other functional teams. Go-To-Market (GTM) specifically is housing our data intelligence, growth, product marketing, and merchant development, forming a collective unit purposefully driven to shape products that speaks innately to our merchant needs.
