We’re looking for a GA Clerk Intern to join our Talenthub HR Operations team, to assist the team of HR Operations in managing HR data for new and existing employees in Batam.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate data using Ms. Excel’s formulas
- Calculate annual leave balance of current employees
- Update and record employees' leave balance daily by following the workflow process and SOP
- Input new hires data to the system
- Classify and differentiate new and existing employee’s tax salary and health insurance data into the category set
Who We Are Looking For
- Young professionals seeking experience in HR department (undergraduates are welcome)
- Someone who is confident with their English skill (spoken and written)
- Someone who possess a good organizational skill (multi-tasking, time management and administrative skill)
- Someone who is familiar with operating Ms. Excel
