Main Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for receiving, recording and reporting all assets and consumable goods (office stationery, employee's meal and snack, cleaning supplies, cleaning tools, work uniforms, drinking water and operation's consumable).
  2. Responsible for create purchase request regarding GA goods to procurement and cost control team.
  3. Coordinate with procurement and operation team to handle the order of office stationery, employee's meal and snack, cleaning supplies, cleaning tools, work uniforms, drinking water and operation's consumable.
  4. Coordinate with procurement and operation team to handle non-routine order such as sticker, banner, and signage.
  5. Responsible for handle employee's accomodation for business trip purpose.
  6. Coordinating and reviewing all GA goods in and out request in the warehouse area.
  7. Create cost estimation for every item requested to procurement and cost control team.
  8. Review and inform GA and consumable goods ETA on a daily basis.
  9. Coordinate with vendor regarding goods delivery schedule.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Has GA admin working experience (preferable 1-3 years).
  2. Graduated from any major.
  3. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skill is a must.
  4. Good attention to detail.
  5. Has a good passion for growth.
  6. Willing to work overtime.
  7. Minumum GPA 3.25
  8. Able to work under pressure
  9. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
