Job Qualification
- Fresh graduate – Entry Level <1 year
- Bachelor degree in Architecture
- Able to operate Auto CAD
- Have knowledge Building Material
- Good communication (Clear communication)
Job Description
- Dapat memberikan solusi untuk setiap case terkait kerusakan/maintenance yang ada di gudang (handling ticket)
- Dapat melakukan assessment kondisi fisik bangunan/gudang yang sudah operasional
- Dapat melakukan assessment terkait kelayakan bangunan yang ada di setiap calon gudang baru yang akan ditempati. Seperti pengecekan kondisi atap, lantai, dinding, pintu gate, serta fasilitas yang diberikan dari landlord gudang.
- Dapat membuat layout (as built) untuk calon gudang yang akan disewa, dengan Autocad, dan Sketch Up jika diperlukan, fast drawing submit dalam waktu 1 hari maximal.
- Dapat membuat Bill of Quantity untuk Set Up gudang yang akan disewa, untuk diserahkan ke Procurement ke proses tender.
- Melakukan final inspection terkait project set up gudang yang sudah dikerjakan oleh vendor(pihak ketiga).
- Dapat menganalisis harga satuan material, dan membuat analisis biaya terkait project yang akan running (Owner Estimation)
- Survey on-site jika dibutuhkan
