Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end tech and process integration with channeling banks, including:

- Design customer onboarding journey to ensure it meets bank’s KYC requirement while minimize the impact on user experience.

-  Design disbursement and repayment process per compliance requirement while protect Atome’s interest.

-  Coordinate Atome and Bank’s product / tech teams on system integration (API or file exchange).

• Day-to-day work with bank’s PIC to ensure a smooth channeling process, ongoing issue fixing and upgrading.

• Monitor and analyze the channeling performance, improve channeling efficiency, and optimize the allocation strategy across funding partners.

• Facilitate the regular QA/auditing requirement from banks and conduct periodical service review meetings with banks.
