We are looking for Resident Service Associates to provide high-quality service to our Guests. You will address complaints and go to the extra mile to make sure our guest satisfied. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer oriented.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all tasks related to Front Office
- Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance to the Apartment’s standards and guidelines
- Maintain the high level of customer relationship for acknowledge as RSA member
- Provide quality service to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest’s experience
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Communicate with associates to acknowledge the problems to immediate fix and report to supervisor for solution
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards• Following direct guidance and standard by supervisor and above level
- Proven experience as a customer service or hotel or service apartment Front Office is preferred
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and systems
- Mastering Microsoft word and excel• Fluent in English for both speaking and writing
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality• Outstanding communication abilities
- Work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered
- Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred or Bachelor Degree in Communication
- Able to speak Japanese is preferred
