AYANA Hospitality is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional service to our guests.
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will greet guests, assign rooms, handle complaints, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. You will also be responsible for providing information about our hotel, amenities, and services, as well as up-selling additional facilities when appropriate.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role in a large luxury resort is preferred.
