We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Front Desk Supervisor to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
  • Up sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
  • Experience in operating OPERA system.
  • Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable.
