Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality may be preferred.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel reservation software.
- Fluent in English
