Main responsibilities :

• This role will have responsibility to be the Interpreter English to Bahasa Indonesia of our training activities, and make sure all participants understand the training materials properly.
• This role also will be responsible to give interpretation from Bahasa Indonesia to English if the training participants have any questions/opinions/something to communicate to the Trainers.
• You will have to allocate 2 hours for a virtual briefing / kick-off meeting with the Trainers before the training starts.
• The training will be done in English (both trainers/speakers and materials), and the topic is about Leadership.
• All of the participants will be coming from Indonesia (around 5-10 people/session) with very basic English, whereas the Trainers will be from Singapore virtually.
• We will have 5 sessions and each session will be 4 hours long : 10 October 2022, 27 October 2022, 7 November 2022, 21 November 2022, 5 December 2022 (12-4pm). One more session for discussion on 9 December 2022 that will be only 1 hour long.
• The interpretation/translation will be done on the spot (live) in our Head Office of Love, Bonito Indonesia.
• You will also be responsible to translate all the documents related to the training from English to Bahasa Indonesia (estimation 20,000 words).

• Diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Experience in document translation for trainings.
• Experience in live interpretation ENG-IND and IND-ENG.
• Able to do quick but valid translation with short deadlines.
• Available to do live interpretation in Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan area on the following dates :
  • 10 October 2022 (12-4pm)
  • 27 October 2022 (12-4pm)
  • 7 November 2022 (12-4pm)
  • 21 November 2022 (12-4pm)
  • 5 December 2022 (12-4pm)
  • 9 December 2022 (11am-12pm)
